Goats milk cheese, a fresh cheese made using our goats milk which is heated to 180F, vinegar added, then strained to desired texture. Salt is added to taste, and then the cheese is hand pressed/formed, and packaged. Please note, this is a hand crafted item, and as such there may be slight differences in texture and taste for each one. Simple ingredients making a great fresh taste.
