Our Story
EDoubleE Farms is a family-owned farm in Bluejacket, Oklahoma, serving Northeast Oklahoma with pasture-raised chicken, farm-fresh eggs, goat meat, goat milk products and other locally produced foods.
Luis E.
Grew up in Southern California and Indianapolis. Before he joined the Army at 19, he spent his teen years participating in 4H, FFA, and Boyscouts. He showed llamas, winning numerous 1st place awards. He also helped care for horses that were boarded at their farm. During his time in the Army, his job was a small arms and artillery repairman. After 9 years in the Army he went to work in the IT industry. He met Cassandra through a friend may years prior to their marriage and the rest was history. He always wanted to get back to the farm and when the cost of living in Southern California grew to be too high, they decided to look for another way of life. Fast forward to 2023, and they bought 30 acres in Bluejacket. EDoubleE Farms LLC was born and off to a good start. Luis would like to add a mule, a few llamas, and some quail to the goats and chickens currently on the farm. He works full time taking care of the Farm and the kids, while also pursuing his own interests in firearms.
Cassandra E.
Grew up in Southern California and lived there all her life. She has a BS in Accountancy from National University, an Associates Degree with an emphasis on Business Management from Fullerton College, and has owned & operated several small successful businesses. As a little girl, she always dreamed of living somewhere with wide open spaces. Little did she know Oklahoma was calling to her even then. She has worked the last 20 years in accounting and still works full time from home. Here in Bluejacket, she has found a place to call home, with chickens, goats, cats, and a dog.
Together.
From a friendship born in 2007 and then getting re-acquainted in 2019 after her husband passed, Luis and Cassandra's friendship lead to love. From lunch dates, to line dancing, to beach volley ball, these two became inseparable. Together, they decided to start a family and find a place to lead a more productive lifestyle. They were blessed to visit with friends in 2021, which lead to the decision to call Oklahoma HOME. In 2023, they happened upon 30 acres in Bluejacket, north of Vinita, south of Welch, off of Hwy 2. The wide pasture, the stripe of forest, and the quarter acre pond called to them, told them to set down roots, and became their home.
In 2025 they added some two legged kids to the mix, a girl named Zoe and a boy name Luis (Iggy). I’m sure you’ll see them running around soon, but the family prefers not to put their faces on social media. Now, they are making the most of their lives together, learning, loving, making friendships and connections, and most importantly, raising their children in a quieter place, at a slower pace, and enjoying (almost) every moment they can.
