Raw goats milk. Hand milked daily, strained, and refrigerated within 2 hours. Extra milk beyond daily use/sales is frozen. If you buy frozen milk from us, it may separate when defrosted. One tip - gently heat the milk before you use it to recombine the solids and whey.
