Join us in making cheese and take home your VERY OWN cheese! In this class, you'll make a creamy, crumbly cheese that is great with crackers, in eggs, and on your salads!
Only 3 ingredients and we provide them and all the tools necessary to make your cheese.
During the "down time" that occurs in all cheese making, we will taste some other cheeses if available, and take a quick farm tour to meet the Goats who provided the milk for your cheese!
Coffee, tea, water, tasting cheeses (if available) and crackers are provided as part of the package.
