This is a winner! It is a base for your soups, pastas, baked dishes, and more! No salt added - this is truly a base for your recipies. We slow cook it for 12-24 hours, strain all solids out, and you are left with a delicious, drinkable stock. This stock has added ingredients, so check there for any sensitivities! We do have a broth that is nothing but the chicken, so check that out if you need to.
It is frozen in small bags that you can cut open if you are intending to use the entire package. Otherwise, thaw in your fridge and use within 7 days.
