We have 3 goats still in milk and the cheese is incredible from it. Soft, creamy, and fresh. One of our customers loves to pour jams over the top and have it with crackers or bread! Fig, apricot, marmalade, you name it, it's probably a great addition! Add it to your salads, your eggs, or your breakfast quiche. Tacos, lasagna, and more. This is a mild cheese that works well with most anything.

Each order is made fresh, however, the cheese freezes so well that you might want to get a few! At $8 a 8oz round, you can't really beat this price. Hand made with love and dedication - we know you will enjoy!

Cheese Making Fun at The Lakehouse!

Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to read our post! We are co-hosting a cheese making demo/class at The Lakehouse & The Table in Grove, OK, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 10am. Freshly made goats cheese demo/class and you get to take some home! The demo will be the steps to prepare the curds. You will be provided with already prepared curds to salt, season to your taste, and wrap up to take home! We strive for the class to be informational, fun, and something to do with friends or family. We will be using goats milk from our farm (making the cheese pasteurizes it). We will talk about making other cheeses, both soft and hard, what roles rennet plays in those cheeses, and how you can make cheese at home! Click HERE to sign up today! Only 20 spots available!
